RIGHT HIP POINTING TO BOTTOM
RIGHT ARM STRETCHED OUT INFRONT
LEFT ARM ON LEFT HIP
STICK BACK OF HEAD TO RIGHT SHOULDER WITH FACE OUT OF WATER
2. REPEAT ON LEFT HAND SIDE
3. START AS DESCRIBED IN 1.
TURN FACE INTO WATER
PULL WITH RIGHT ARM
ROLL ONTO LEFT HAND SIDE
BREATHE BY STICKING BACK OF HEAD TO LEFT SHOULDER
FIND BALANCE AND ROLL BACK AGAIN
4. REDUCE REST ON EACH SIDE AS YOU GAIN CONFIDENCE
