1.Arms by side - chin to chest & plunge down - head back & drift up
2.Arms by side - plunge down - one fly kick upwards - drift to surface
if necessary
3.Arms by side - one kick down - one kick up - drift if necessary
4.Arms in front - one kick down - one kick up - drift if necessary.
5.Arms in front - kick down - kick up - double arm pull to surface -
bring arms forwards above water and plunge down again
6.Repeat 5. reducing plunging depth
