This incorporates learning about different types of
sessions, but more importantly about learning do everything properly.
My Kit Bag trainers run a fitness session for people of all
levels in Richmond Park. These have now finished for this year, but will
commence again in 2008.
The aim of the session is to do some running and a
number of exercise and drills to inform you of how to do them properly and
safely, all conducted in a fun and informative way.
We will conduct a warm up, take you through a range of circuits exercise,
ensuring you have the correct body posture, then do a running session
through parts of this fantastic park.
The cost of the session will be £3 (or £5 if you pay on the day).
